Operational Standards and Network Engagement Protocols
Engagement with ReachCorp constitutes a binding operational agreement. These standards ensure that the integrity of our network and the performance of your campaign remain at a global corporate level. This is about execution, accountability, and the high - performance results we demand.
PROTOCOLS
1. NETWORK ADMISSION & VETTING
ReachCorp maintains absolute discretion over network entry. Submission of an application is a request for vetting, not a guarantee of service. We only partner with entities that demonstrate a Standard of Excellence aligned with our infrastructure.
2. EXECUTION & FIELD DEPLOYMENT
Ground-Ops™: Our tactical teams operate with industrial precision. While we guarantee professional delivery to targeted DFW zones, ReachCorp is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, weather, or third-party interference.
TV Placements: Media slots are subject to network uptime and business operating hours. We provide the Omnipresence Framework, but specific display timing is governed by the host location's operational schedule.
3. PROPRIETARY ASSETS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All ReachCorp strategies, "Arsenal" blueprints, and Micro-Billboard Architecture™ designs are the exclusive intellectual property of ReachCorp. Unauthorized reproduction or "look-alike" branding will be met with immediate legal enforcement. We protect our leverage.
4. FINANCIAL COMMITMENT
ReachCorp provides Fortune 500-level infrastructure at local scale. Due to the high-intensity nature of our mobilization, all service fees are non-refundable once campaign deployment has commenced.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
1. SCOPE OF INFRASTRUCTURE
ReachCorp™ provides the high-performance advertising infrastructure, tactical deployment frameworks, and media placement networks (collectively, "The Arsenal™"). ReachCorp™ acts solely as an infrastructure provider and does not assume any fiduciary responsibility for the client's internal business operations, sales conversions, or long-term profitability.
2. EXTERNAL MARKET FORCES
ReachCorp™ shall not be held liable for fluctuations in external market conditions, economic downturns, consumer behavior shifts, or third-party platform changes. While we provide the platform for Total Market Ownership, the client acknowledges that advertising is subject to real-world variables beyond the control of the ReachCorp™ network.
3. CLIENT EXECUTION & PERFORMANCE
The ultimate success of any campaign is contingent upon the client’s internal execution, product quality, and customer service standards. ReachCorp™ is not responsible for missed opportunities, lost revenue, or operational failures resulting from the client’s inability to manage the lead flow or business demand generated by the deployment.
4. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
In no event shall ReachCorp™, its officers, or its ground-ops professionals be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the total service fees paid by the client for the specific campaign in question. ReachCorp™ provides the high-capacity leverage; the client maintains total responsibility for the final result.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and all campaign deployments shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
